Excellent product and service May 24, 2010

I was a little dubious of purchasing this product, due to the average rating of 5 (seemed too good to be true), but here I am after 2 months also giving it full marks.

I am growing cherry tomatoes, coriander, basil, rosemary, chillies and parsley in a 1m x 1m x 2m grow tent. The plants grow very quickly in both vegetative and fruiting stages. I have as many tomatoes as I can eat - herbs were ready in the second week.

The only thing that could improve this product is to avoid using fans, which apparently they are looking into. The three small fans however, are quiet (30-35 dBa) which most people wouldn't even notice.

All email enquiries were answered quickly, friendly and informatively - especially important when ordering from overseas. After sales service has been excellent.

I am very happy with my UFO 90w and would highly recommend this LED light and Prosource.

I am just amazed at your Illuminator. These things are blowing away not only other SUB STANDARD UFO's, but my old hps as well. I can't say enough good about them. I hype em so much that I think people may suspected me for a salesman...LoL.. More and more people are asking me about these specific LED's though, so I'm getting the word out. I will be puchasing more in the near future, as I am builing a bigger room.

This Illuminator light is a fantastic invention and well outperformed my expectatioins.   I would defintely recommend this to anyone interested in reducing their electricity bill without sacraficing results.

Just an experiment for me, BUT..... November 17, 2009

When I heard about this new tech,  I was intrigued, but I held off until recently, waiting for the products to improve a bit and come down in price a little. Well, as it turned out, I happened to have this little plant, started outdoors and ready to bloom, and decided I would acquire one of these "Illuminator" lights, as an experiment, and see what would happen. It's been under the light for about 3 weeks, and it is blooming tremendously! 5 inch tall buds on the tops that are about 2 inches wide! Even the nodes that had lost their fan leaves weeks ago became active and are flowering, all the way down near the bottom of the plant. I cannot say if these lights are "equal" to this or that HPS light, etc, BUT with no heat or excessive power consumption to worry about, it's "game over". Every person who ever desired to grow indoors may now do so in peace and for very little money in power expenditure. Point blank, these things work. These lights are a revolution. I will never stop now.

All I can say is freakin phenomenal!!  Hey everyone, this is the flowering light the whole world has been waiting for!  The most rapid flowering I've ever seen and the final product is A++++.

Beast.  only light ill ever buy again.  i always mix and add different sources of light, and these are no different THAT SAID ill never buy HID as anything but supplemental again.  perhaps a cute 150 or something.  game, set, match LEDs.  and no heat!  i add lights for heat lol.  i havent tried the product variation with the new 180W and the flower booster but i have no doubt they will do exactly what they say.  great customer service too.

I was one of the testers that ProSource allowed to test their new 5-Band model and I'm here to tell you that this will take over the whole market.  Within 3 weeks of my flowering I had growth as big around as a silver dollar!!  I see daily differences in growth that I never saw with my HPS lights.  Thanks again ProSource for bringing such a wonderful light to a much needed industry.
